Staff at CDM Academy International are fully committed to serving the needs of students and parents. We are proud of how our culturally diverse staff work together in sharing ideas to improve our teaching practice, thus creating an environment and conditions which contribute greatly to the school’s very positive atmosphere. We believe that a school’s excellence is ultimately measured by the quality of its staff, which is why we are extremely selective when it comes to staffing.

Led by our Principal, all teachers have professional education and experience, the Academy’s teaching Staff are mostly university graduates with a certificate in education. All our teachers and administrators participate in professional training regularly within and outside the school for relevant networking and continuous upgrading, thereby keeping up with the fast-changing trends in education. Employees at CDM Academy International are enthusiastic about their work and are very supportive of the school’s mission. All staff are held to the highest standards and must complete a rigorous pre-employment screening process which includes a thorough background test, education, and experience verification.
